Raya was fun!!! We went back to hubby's kampung Monday nite.. traffic was not bad, plus we used jalan dalam so probably that's another reason lah.. i spent the day before raya taking care of little ammar.. hence escaping the dapur work.. hehehe.. tapi when ammar nap, managed to help making kuah kacang and try to remember the recipe sebab hubby macam agak determined je wife nya ni tau masakan mak dier... hubby menganyam ketupat bawang dengan hebat nya.. i tried to.. but failed! heheheh... all in all, i think hubby spent more time in the kitchen! ngeh ngeh ngeh... u r such a good son!! kalau la honey macam tu jugak kat no 1, seronotnyaaa!! hehehe
raya morning, i woke up early to prepare kuah lodeh aka lontong.. since the perakians dont eat lontong, it is up to me lah nak masak.. and since it's my tekak pon yang nak makan, jalan saje... nasib jadik! kalau tak, rugi santan yang kelapanya dikukur mak mertua saya! eheheh... jawa ni memang nak makan lontong je time raya.. solat raya was at the masjid besar.. ok lah.. sedap jugak pak imam tu baca..then.. balik MAKAN!!!!! sedapnyaaaa macam org tak makan 10 tahun.. ketupat, lemang, rendang... macam macam!!!
after that we took our raya pics.. which i have not yet transferred from my camera.. and then off to kubur to visit arwah adik my hubby and a few uncles who had passed away tahun nih.. petang raya, tergolek dog dekat depan tv.. thank god for the aircond.. tak sakit kepala!!!
second raya morning we took ammar on the motor kapcai... kampung style!!! gile bahaya tapi just satu round and i told hubby to bawak slow giler.. ye la.. helmet pon tarak! tapi mamat kecik ni excited giler... jakun!!! tak pernah naik motor! we came back last night.. survived the heavy traffic.. tapi sungguh la penat!
ammar was excited tgk ayam, angsa... main periuk belanga. jumpa cousin2... itu pon majority tak balik lagi.. today baru penuh my mother in law punya rumah.. but we are already back in kl.. takpe la.. ramai2 pon payah.. pening!!! nak cari tempat landing pon susah.. hehe..
all in all, a very eventful raya! and i managed to tangkap gambar this time around.. :-) altho im back in office and fasting (due to the massive food indulgence).. i am still in my raya mood! esok raya my mom's house plak.. boleh collect duit raya ammar! hehehehehe
